Why is there tackiness when I use this soap? There may be some slight tackiness on your skin after using our soaps, but that's okay! That is just the feeling of the vitamins and minerals from the moss soaking into your skin. Allow the tackiness, your skin will thank you later! If you have any more questions or concerns about this, please feel free to contact us through our contact page.

Is Moss Magic a safe space?Yes absolutely! As a queer/woman owned business, we want each and every one of our customers to feel safe and respected when they shop with us. This is why we joined the Safe Space Alliance. A safe space is a space where LGBTQI+ communities can freely express themselves without fear. It is a space that does not tolerate violence, bullying, or hate speech towards LGBTQI+ communities. Learn more about the Safe Space Alliance and their goals at www.safespacealliance.com

How old is each soap? All our soap bars cure for at least four weeks for optimal lather and softness. Some soaps may have been cured longer, but every one is at least cured for four weeks. Soaps are technically safe to use before then but will be more harsh on the skin, so the longer they cure, the softer they are for your skin! The lather also improves with time. It is also important to keep in mind that when you see videos on our social media, they may be older and do not reflect the actual point in the process.
